enjoying the sunny weather

Na ihr Lieben,

was habt ihr an diesem Traumhaft schönen Wochenende unternommen? Ich habe vor allem eins:  die Sonne genossen! Es war ein wirklich traumhaftes Wetter mit vielen tollen neuen und alten Begegnungen. 

Besonders für den schönen Tag heute möchte ich mich nochmals bei meiner lieben Cindy bedanken, dein Fest war einfach wunderschön!

what did you do with this amazing weekend? I did mostly one thing: really enjoying the warmth and the sunshine!

I loved the weather and the people I met - some new ones some old ones but all in one really special persons. And there is one person I really wanna thank again for the amazing day it was wonderful my little miss sunshine!

asparagus - typical summer lunch

Heute ein super leckeres sommerliches Gericht für alle Spargelfans unter euch!

Ihr braucht:

1 Bund grünen Spargel

10 Cocktailtomaten

1/2 Gemüsezwiebel wahlweise auch Frühlingszwiebel

1/2 Chillischote

500gr. Garnelen

Olivenöl

Gemüsebrühe

etw. Weißwein

Salz

Pfeffer

Bandnudeln

Zuerst den Spargel waschen und bis zu den Spitzen schälen, dritteln und in einen Topf mit kochendem Wasser, Salz und etwas Butter weich kochen. Parallel die Garnelen in Gemüsebrühe aufkochen.

Jetzt die Zwiebel und die Chillischote kleinschneiden und in einer Pfanne mit heißem Olivenölanbraten, bis die Zwiebel glasig sind, dann Garnelen, halbierte Cocktailtomaten und Spargel hinzugeben, mit etwas Weißwein ablöschen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.

Die Bandnudeln laut Packungsanweisung kochen, anschließend beides auf einem Teller anrichten et voila!

what you need:

1 bunch green asparagus

10 cherry tomatoes

1/2 onion

1/2 chilli

500gr. shrimps

olive oil

vegetable stock

some withe wine

salt

pepper

tagliatelle

first wash and peel the asparagus and cut in 3 parts each, and put it in a pot with boiling water some butter and salt and wait until it gets soft. At the same time put the shrimps in another pot with boiled water and some vegetable stock. 

Now but the onion and the chill in little pieces and roast it in a pan until the onion is glassy. Than add the asparagus, the cherry tomatoes and the shrimp finally a little withe wine. Wait until everything get a light brown color, add some salt and pepper.

Cook the tagliatelle as mentioned on the packaging, get everything on a plate and enjoy!

can you feel the summer?

ja es gab ein paar Sonnenstrahlen am Wochenende, und in den grauen Momenten hab dann einfach ich gestrahlt, dieses ewige grau könnt ich einfach nicht mehr sehen, da hab ich schnell die Pinke Hose - ich glaube es ist noch niemandem aufgefallen, dass ich dieses Jahr einen kleinen pink tick hab;-) und den Blumenblazer ausgepackt. Und hab mich gleich ne runde mehr wie im Sommer gefühlt aber ab Donnerstag, wenn's wahr ist solls ja war werden...wir sind gespannt!

yeah well there were some hours of sunshine this past weekend, and I enjoyed a little walk with my family. for the grey moments it was me who was shining I though pink trousers and the flower blazer can't be wrong in these moments. I have a little crush on pink this year but i feel like it's the color which looks the most like summer. apropos summer is coming at the end of the week that's at least what the news man said - we will see!
