brownies and marshmallows

Brrrrrrrrrrrrr,

bei uns herrschen seit ein paar Tagen sibirische Temperaturen draußen, ganz ungelogen hatten wir gestern tagsüber zwischen -14,5 und -20 °C, eindeutig zu kalt für mich. Da hab Ichs mir doch mal mit einer Tasse Kaba und ein paar leckeren Brownies gemütlich gemacht.
Und mittlerweile ein neues Lieblings Kalte Tage Aufmunterungsgetränk gefunden: Heißer Kaba mit Marshmallows zwar ein wirklich sehr sehr süßer Spaß aber ab und zu darf kann das ja nicht schaden.

we have temperatures like in Sibiria, yesterday between -14,5 and -20°C, which is pretty much to cold for me. So I got some hot chocolate and brownies to get my day a little bit warmer.
And found my new making me happy drink at cold winter days: Hot chocolate with marshmallows. Kind of a pretty sweet thing but I fell in love anyway.

Lunchbox 3 - Spätzle

Hallo ihr Lieben,

es ist wieder so weit, die freitägliche Lunchbox steht online. Heute gibt es Spätzle mit Speck, Zwiebeln und Ei angebraten und als kleiner Farbtupfer ein paar Cocktail Tomaten.
Ich dachte was herzhaftes könnte nicht schaden nach dem zuckersüßen Milchreis letzte Woche.

it's friday again and my lunchbox is available to check. Today we have Spätzle with Bacon, onions and eggs plus some cherry tomatoes as highlight. 
For everyone who doesn't know Spätzle, it's some kind of pasta which is cooked especially in the southern of Germany you can find some easy receipt to make your own here.
Just though we could use something tasty after the sweet from last week.

heute mal ein kleiner Ausblick auf die nächsten Tage, bei uns ist es wieder ein ganzes Stück kälter geworden als in den letzten Wochen sodass man doch noch mal das Winterfeeling aufkommen lassen kann auch wenn mir mehr nach Sommer ist...aber der kommt hoffentlich auch bald!

hey meine Lieben,

wie habt ihr euer Wochenende verbracht? Ich hatte von allem ein bisschen etwas Sonne, viel Regen ein bisschen Schnee einen Haufen Menschen um mich rum, und mal nur ein Buch so liebe ich meine Wochenenden.
Vor lange langer Zeit habe ich euch mal versprochen euch mit in mein neues Zimmer zu nehmen..mittlerweile stehen die meisten Dinge und nur noch ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind offen. Also dachte ich mir dürft ihr heute einmal spicken...eigentlich ist der Post aber für meine liebe Judy in New Zealand, die so gespannt drauf war...

what did you do on your weekend? I had a little of everything some sun, a lot of rain, a little snow. A lot of people some moment just me and my book, I love weekends like this...
A long time ago I promised to show you my new room, it's been a while but not nearly everything has found it's place so I though you should have a little peek...although this post is for my bestie Judy staying in New Zealand for some time, who couldn't wait so see...

it's been a while - lunchbox No. 1

woah....so schnell vergeht die Zeit! die ersten beiden Wochen uni sind überstanden und solangsam hab ich mich auch wieder ans lange zuhören und lernen gewöhnt...und das wahre leben hält mich zur Zeit wirklich auf trapp. Es gibt wahnsinnig viel, dass ich euch erzählen und zeigen möchte aber alles der Reihe nach...Fangen wir heute mal mit der Fortsetzung oder Special Edition von Happy Brunch - What's in my Lunchbox an.
Ich finde es immer recht gut mein Mittagessen mitzunehmen, so spare ich mir Zeit und kann in der Mittagspause noch gemütlich eine kleine Runde mit meiner liebsten Fastnebensitzerin spazieren gehen...


yeah well, it's been a while time is running so fast and I can't believe the first two weeks of university are already gone and I am getting used to listen to the profs and study like the whole day...and of course the rest of my real life also keeps me busy as well. There are a lot of things I need to tell and show you all but step by step..so first of all I need to get back to our fridays project called happy brunch with some special edition named: "what's in my lunchbox" 
I love bringing lunch to university so I can save time and also have a little walk with my beloved girl next to me, enjoying the sun and some fresh air...
