fashion museum

Tada, heute präsentiere ich das Modemuseum...

naja schön wär's leider darf man drinnen keine Bilder machen, weil viele alte Stoffe und Kleider ausgestellt sind. Aber von vorne...heute morgen sind die Liebe V und ich nach Ludwigsburg gefahren um uns das Modemuseum oder viel mehr die dort ausgestellten alten wunderhübschen Kostbarkeiten anschauen zu können. Wir waren als einer der ersten da und etwas verdattert als wir im Obergeschoss ankamen und in einen dunklen Flur geblickt haben wo anscheinend der Weg zur Modewelt beginnt, das Audiogerät hat uns aber schnell erklärt, dass alte Stoffe und licht und Temperatur und Luftfeuchtigkeit sich nicht immer so gut vertragen und wir uns sicher bald an die "Dunkelheit" gewöhnen werden.
So war's dann auch, und wir konnten unter anderem Teile aus dem Rokoko aus Frankreich, Deutschland, Polen und England bestaunen, total spannend wie sich die Mode über die Jahre entwickelt hat, und wie schön und detailreich die Kleider der Damen und Herren waren. Wirklich schade, dass ich euch keine Bilder zeigen kann. Dafür ein kleiner Teil des Schlosses...
Im Sommer werde ich auf jeden Fall nochmals vorbeischauen müssen, dann aber im Garten zum Picknick ;-)

Tada, today I want to present the fashion museum in Ludwigsburg....


yeah well, it would be nice but sadly I wasn't allowed to take any pictures inside :-( So in the morning V and I went to the museum as like the first guests there, we enjoyed a lovely audio guided tour through the museum even when it was kind of unusual when we came in and there were no lights because of the old patterns. 
We saw a lot of great dresses and suits, of different times and out of different countries like France, Germany, Poland and England. I was totally impressed by some vests for men of the rococo, they where made of silk and had lots of little designs on it so great really. 
So sad I can't show you pictures of these great things, but I though the castle is pretty as well so there you go. 
I decided to come back to Ludiwgburg and it's castle in summer so I can do a picknick in the garden, I feel like this is an awesome idea.
